Blog Post of the day-

I think that this news paper clipping is spot on. It makes me so annoyed when people cant get out f the JOCO Bubble and they cant see that everything is not supposed to be handed to you in life. I Moved to olathe from California because my parents got divorced and my mom and I didn't have any money. I grew up watching her work really hard for everything that we had and things that she gave to me. I have now made that how I live my life too. Teenagers should have support from their parents but not everything should be handed to them because that's not how the rest of the world works. I worked really hard to get things I have like a truck and being the captain of the rugby team. Everything in this world in my thoughts goes by the idea of you get what you put out. That goes for relationships, jobs, schools, everything. Teenagers don't realize this and expect things to be handed to them and they get upset when it doesn't and it makes me quite heated

Blog Post of the Day:
What is a Public Service Announcement? If you don't know what it is, Google it. In your own words, now tell me what it is? What are they used for? Can you recall an example of a PSA you've seen before?

PSA is a public service announcement. It is any announcement that can help the public in any way. They are used to try to either keep the public safe or to make them healthier. I have seen things like dont drink and drive. Also I have seen ones that are trying to tell people not to smoke. The biggest one though would be dont text and drive.
